  74. Thank you for your interest in WinFlash.  You will find this program to
  75. be extremely helpful in memorizing coursework or professional material.
  76. The multi-media capabilities of v5.0 allow for an almost unlimited range
  77. of study materials.  Drawings, pictures, sounds, music, video and text
  78. can all be combined to cover nearly any learning requirement.

  80. The WYSIWYG editor makes the creation of your card decks quick and easy.
  81. It includes built-in browsing and viewing/listening capability for most
  82. popular graphic, audio and video file formats. The printing capabilities
  83. added to this version will allow you to take your decks with you when you

  85. format.

  88. flashcards is, in itself, a significant aid in learning the material. The

  107. To install WinFlash v5.0 from a floppy disk received from Open Window:
  108.    1.  While in Windows, insert the floppy disk in the drive.
  109.    2.  Open File Manager or Explorer and select the floppy disk.
  110.    3.  Double click on the file SETUPWF.EXE to run it.
  111.    4.  Follow the on-screen directions.
  112.  
  113. To install WinFlash v5.0 starting with a copy of FLASH_50.ZIP
  114. (FLASH.ZIP  if obtained from CompuServe):
  115.    1.  Create a temporary directory (C:\WF will do) on your
  116.        hard disk.
  117.    2.  Copy FLASH_50.ZIP to this directory.
  118.    3.  UnZip the file using WinZip or other "UNZIPper".
  119.    4.  Run SETUPWF.EXE from Windows.  This will take you through the
  120.        procedure of installing WinFlash v5.0 on your hard disk.  Do NOT
  121.        install the software TO the temporary directory (C:\WF in the
  122.        above example).
  123.    5.  You may delete all of the files in the temporary directory from
  124.        your hard disk after completing the installation process, but
  125.        remember to save a copy of FLASH_50.ZIP on a floppy disk for
  126.        friends who may want to try WinFlash!
